About Frank Calber

Frank Calber is a yoga teacher and author. He has been teaching for over twenty years, almost all of them with the same question in his head: how to move without hurting yourself.
He doesn’t answer from theory. He lives with chronic joint pain, and that pain became his teacher: it is where the three techniques of his book, My Yoga Process, were born.
In 2019 he completed 200 hours of officially recognized training in geriatrics and gerontology — the care of older adults. Since then, much of his teaching goes to people who would never call what they do “yoga”: people who want to keep bending down, standing up and putting their socks on unaided.
This site is exactly that: the same method, translated into home tasks. No impossible postures, no gym clothes, no pain.
