Who is responsible for this site
Put Your Socks On is a project by Frank Calber, yoga teacher and author. This policy explains, short and plain, what happens to your data here.
What data we collect
The site itself collects no personal data: no accounts, no comments, no analytics, no advertising.
When you write through the contact form, your message and submission details are processed by the form service (quantumencoding.io) and reach Frank so he can reply. That is the only reason we ask for them.
When you play a video, the video provider (Cloudflare Stream) processes the technical data needed for playback, such as your IP address and browser type. We don’t use it to profile you or for advertising.
Cookies
This site uses no first-party, analytics or advertising cookies. The details are in the cookie policy.
How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and, if you ask us, to let you know about news. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to us through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, you’ll see it on this page with its update date.
